I went to the store on Oak/7th and the staff were, actually, surprisingly helpful - I wish I remembered their names. So I ordered with them and decided to go pick up my chair from the warehouse in Delta.

That was a bad idea.

Just let them deliver your order to you - it's not worth going out there, unless you're looking for an excuse to get out there.

Also, spend the money to get the better fabric (cashmere) - even though it's a copy, you'll have it for a while (not forever, but a while) so don't cheap out.
