Ordered barcelona sofa knowing it had a 10-14 week lead time. Was charged the 50% deposit to only have the order canceled by them due "to quality reviews" 6 or 7 weeks into the order.

They refunded me and gave me a 10% store credit. (a free $252)!

Disappointed but glad I did not get the couch only to be disappointed so they did the right thing.

I am now finding other reproduction companies are out of stock when they had inventory weeks ago.

1st world problems.
