Unacceptable Quality and Customer Claims Department plays the avoidance game
I purchased the Tulip Table in white carrara marble. The table arrived and it was assembled by the delivery company. At first glance, I was pleased, thinking that the layer of dullness that I noticed on large areas of the surface was just dust that I needed to wipe away. Once it became evident that that was not the case, I contacted Rove Concepts. I took several pictures of the issue. James, the claim representative, replied that the issue was superficial and minor and offered a 'discount' of $100 for compensation. I replied with more pictures and let him know I disagreed with his assessment. Another email reply, 48 hours later, telling me what caused the 'dullness' on the table but offered zero solutions on how to fix it (and yes, I asked). He reiterated the $100 discount. I said that was unacceptable. I've yet to receive a response back. This was back in August 25. This was my second time purchasing from Rove. I won't be coming back.
