Ordered the pavilion chair online. Have never been to actual store or seen the chair so basically purchasing sight unseen. Emily was very helpful and even took a picture of another chair to show me the color of the leather. Overall pleased. Shipping company, not so much. Took day off from work and they cancelled that morning. When I called to reschedule they were rude.
