Just bought a dining table on Rove Concept and was a little hesitant because buying furniture online is risky and their return policy is not great because they require you to do the return shipping yourself. But their online chat support personnel was able to answer every single question I had promptly and made me feel comfortable to go ahead with the purchase. Haven't received the table yet but so far, a great customer experience!
