Review of Rove Concepts

Just ordered so this review should be considered in that light...

Website is informative — and the descriptions seem to be carefully written and hype-free — which gave me enough confidence to order even though I have had bad luck with furniture that I cannot sit before purchasing.

One frustration: As soon as I entered my order, I was returned to Rove's website where a new site banner announced additional 10% savings that expired one hour before I ordered (1:00 a.m. order / savings offer expired at midnight). Arrghh — I JUST missed out and it was like the banner was mocking me!

However, I’ve sent an email to Rover’s customer service pointing out that because of time difference my order from the east coast of the United States arrived “on time” at 10 p.m. on the west coast of Canada where Rove is located.

Waiting for a reply. Hope it results in receiving the savings bannered on the site. I will update this review (if I can) once I hear back from Rove.
