Nervous about returns...
1) love the product offering
2) almost deterred by very high shipping cost ($199 for threshold!?!)
3) placed order anyway because couldn't find the product elsewhere
4) order didn't go through-- had to call and re-place with CS
5) read fine print in return policy. looks to be an enormous and expensive hassle if a return is needed. will likely keep me from purchasing again

Although the shipping cost may seem high, we do subsidize the overall shipping fee, so the cost to you is just dependent on your order amount. Considering that this item is made at our oversees production facilities and then travels to North America, the shipping fee is quite reasonable. Unlike our competitors who order from mass reproduction and benefit from economies of scale, our exclusive and unique products mean that we work within much smaller margins than most and for that reason choose to be transparent with our pricing by charging shipping costs separately.
We trust the order delivery will go smoothly; however, if any issues arise, we will be sure to help you on an individual case by case basis.
