The online chat feature was excellent. The service was prompt. I think with smaller items like stools, one should not need to wait for 3 business days to retrieve stock from a 3rd party warehouse. For those of us not from the lower mainland, we are not likely staying in Vancouver for 3 days. It would be great to have stools and small items stocked in the actual store. People want a bricks and mortar experience and to be able to buy items in store. I understand that large couches and beds are not stocked in Vancouver, but side tables, coffee tables, and bar stools should be in-stock.
