I ordered a table from Rove. My interactions with Rove staff were very good. Each time I emailed or called in a question, they provided prompt, helpful, and courteous responses. When my table arrived w/o the hardware needed for assembly, I called and they immediately Fed Ex'ed me the parts - I had them in 2 days.

The only reason I didn't give Rove 5 stars was that my table came w/o the hardware to begin with, and that it took longer than I expected to get here. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could.
