We love the coffee table and it arrived without scratches or any breakage. We paid extra for the white glove delivery and the table was delivered on time, the unpacking was efficient and the clean up was fine. There was one problem - the table was not put together properly. If you look at your detailed measured drawings online you can see how the wood is placed under the longest dimension of the glass top. This was not done properly in our case and as a result the angle between the two wood parts was not correct either. After the delivery people left we were able to confirm their mistake, take the table apart and put it back together properly with no damage..
In my view, the delivery people seem not to have been adequately trained nor were they given any written or other instructions respecting how the table should be assembled - the assembly was actually done in our driveway and the table was then brought into the house. As a result we did not notice this problem until after the delivery crew left.

Although we are happy with the product the additional cost for 'white glove' service ($348.00) seems excessive given the problems described above.
