Good But Anticipate Bumps Along the Way

I've had quite the roller coaster ride with 'ol Rove. I ordered the Tulip Side Table and Rove Lounge Chair w/ Ottoman together. Two beautiful pieces. Tulip table base came scratched. Notified Rove. After quite a bit of back and forth, they settled on offering to buy me a can of spray paint to paint it myself. So, being the industrious young man that I am, I took it upon myself to try and spray paint the base myself. It was a disaster but I accepted it for what it was. Then, I went to connect the marble top to my newly maimed base and it "popped" after sitting there for about 20 minutes. To my horror, the bolts pulled the threads out of the bottom of the base and took some marble with it. Asked Rove to please in future iterations include the torque limits so that wouldn't happen again. Obviously asked for a new table, too, considering mine lasted two weeks (including time before it was assembled). They shipped me a new one, but charged me $90.00 for shipping to send me something they should have just replaced at no cost to me. I disputed the charges and my credit card company sided with me.
Fast-forward about 8 months later. A friend of mine is sitting in my Rove Lounge Chair and the side "popped" and completely ripped off. I immediately sent the images and accompanying story to Rove. Something must have changed with their service philosophy or I was marked in their system as "this guy is a pain" because they sent me a replacement lounger AND ottoman (even though the ottoman was fine) free of charge and in about a week. WOW! THAT was all I was hoping for with the tulip table situation.
Rove's stuff is undeniably great looking. Craftsmanship is suspect given my experience--I want to call it bulletproof but how can I given my experiences? Two things I bought, two things that had to be replaced. They did right by me the last time I had an issue, but not the first time. These are the facts of MY specific situation, presented I think pretty objectively. Others may have a different experience or opinion.
