Good customer service, great products but I wish they had a more extended "quick ship" offer/program and less long lead times. 14 weeks is in the same realm as Italian design which is not the case here. Their prices are also on average more expensive than most of their US competitors but their do have a more extensive fabric base. I'll see if the finish is worthy of the extra $ and waiting time.
