One of my 3 LEM Piston Stools arrived with a gap between the frame and the leather seat and I was unable to get a replacement because they had gone on clearance and ran out of stock. I was very nervous about dealing with customer service to resolve this issue since the shipping is so expensive and their return policy is very strict but they ended up giving me a full refund for the defective stool and let me keep it. Ever since that stool became free it was a little less defective in my mind and overall I’m very happy with the quality and style of the stools.
