Online shopping experience is just ok - and two weeks for local pickup?!
Haven't received the product yet so this is just a review of the shopping experience. Had to switch to Internet Explorer because search function and checkout didn't work on Chrome. Then I didn't see the "customer pickup" option for shipping because it only shows up after you type your address in (why would they set it up like that?). Fortunately one of their live chat agents told me that, so I didn't have to call to find out. Then I place the order and find out it takes *two weeks* for them to ship an item from Washington state to Delta, BC. Kind of disappointed so far but the price is good and (hopefully) the quality will be too so that may make up for the not-so-pleasant online shopping experience and long wait time.
