I called and spoke with Elly. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. She made my ordering of a marble table very easy, and took the time to explain that the table would be sent in two parts and because it is marble would be very heavy. She gave me shipment options and advised of the timeline I need to report any damages. Her efficiency and professionalism were outstanding and I believe I will be doing more business with Rove in the future.
