I bought a few lamps that were significantly less than other websites (both were about $100 more on other websites). I was a little bummed at how much shipping costed ($35) but it still proved a better deal. The order arrived very quickly (I ordered it during the weekend and it arrived on Wednesday). The table lamps were packaged very nicely; however, the floor lamp was just compacted into a box with no packaging material. Since there was no padding, the base of the lamp had a few dents from being tossed around during shipment. But since it'll be on the floor behind a chair where no one will see it, I don't really mind it.

Overall, love the lamps, priced right, and timely shipping; however, packaging of the floor lamp wasn't the best.
