Great customer service
I had a great experience resolving delivery questions with customer services. The 4 stars (and not 5) are because I wish there were available weekend options for delivery. It makes it very hard to accept deliveries during work hours.

Thanks for your review! Some local agents offer weekend services for an additional fee, but not all. We are still waiting to hear back from our carriers about whether they are able to offer a weekend delivery for your order - we will let you know as soon as we hear back!
