Well we just placed our order so we are new at this. To date they have been very helpful and informative. They seem to place a lot of value on coustomers service. Great follow up and the samples they sent arrive in a mater of a few days. They seem to offer a product that is worth the extra cost over their competitors and it is in the detail and quality. We will see if we are correct when the Womb Chair arrives.
