Overall transaction was smooth. I had a question about pick-up for my order and the customer service reps were very responsive and patient with all my questions. The option to pick-up in Washington instead of crossing the boarder is a huge plus since I live in WA state. There were some initial confusion regarding pick-up location as their auto confirm email makes it seem like pick-up would be in BC warehouse, however, the reps explained and clarified that it would be in fact in WA state warehouse. If the web end can work on creating an option selection for pick-up location during check out, that would be helpful for future customers as it could create confusion for US orders.
