excited but now disappointed
I have ordered from Rove before and was very happy with my experience. Unfortunately this time, there was an issue where after two weeks of waiting for a tracking number after getting notification that my order had shipped, I called the company to find that my order had:
1) Never been picked up from the warehouse
2) Part of my order was missing
3) That part that was missing was never to be found again and I could never get it because it was discontinued
4) No notification was made to inform me of this
It was disappointing and the only condolence I got was $50 off my shipping and a refund for the missing furniture. The experience left me quite frustrated, especially after my previous experience and future plans to be a repeat customer. I expected more. At least the stuff I got was nice, but I don't understand why a fault in their system lead to this mistake and why very little was done to try and fix it except for a sweep of their warehouse to try and locate my missing items.
