When I first got my order, I got the wrong chairs. I was disappointed cause I didn't want to make a trip to exchange them and they weren't even close to the colour I'd use. When I called customer service they were friendly and happy to rectify the situation without having me travel again. Unfortunately, updates were few and far between. At the end though, I did get my chairs and they even helped me assemble them. I'm very happy with the purchase and would buy from Rove Concepts again in the future.
