During the early Black Friday sale. Item took a bit longer to arrive in Canada for pickup than anticipated, but nothing crazy. Discount code worked correctly, where many other retailers codes don't.

Bit of a hassle trying to contact the warehouse for pickup, as their phone system just disconnects when you try to dial a local number, but when I stopped in unannounced, buddy was able to locate and load my order in like 2 mins.

Item is exactly as pictured and works perfectly in our dining room. Quality of finish is much better than many competitors, and the packaging is very solid.

All in all, good experience and I will likely buy again.
