Lead time
I am excited about my sectional purchase but very disappointed that last Friday the lesdtime was not 14-20 weeks and I was promised a shorter lead time last Friday if I ordered this week. I was told flat out 14-20 weeks today no exceptions to my lengthy call last week which there was record I called. I ordered the couch with hope they will expedite my promise from

Thanks for your review and we're very excited about your sectional purchase as well! Unfortunately due to the holidays, our lead time does go up at this time of year for all custom orders. If we're lucky, some items may be able to be finished sooner on the lower end of the lead time, but no sure guarantees can be made. Order quotes are valid for two weeks but only honor pricing, which we were able to do for you. Hopefully your order will be completed sooner than expected.
