Nice design, poor customer service experience
The design is really nice and I am happy with the product.. but thats all I'm happy about. I contacted customer service about delivery since they charge a considerable amount for it and they weren't helpful. I gave them user experience feedback and they didn't care. They are not competitive in pricing compare to other furniture stores. Unless you are really inlove with the design of a product, don't buy from here, you can find something better with better service for sure!
