We received our order with a couple of observations with regards to the condition of the items, just as a few screws were missing. I pointed this out on the website (nice and smooth claim interface I have to admit) and had within one day had the issue resolved above and beyond our expectations and satisfaction.

Great customer service goes a long way and in this case ensured that I became a repeat customer!
