Two drawers were damaged

If you live in a 4 floor walk up and receive a package the size of half your apt you know that unless the piece of furniture is in powder form, there's no way you'll return this product. Unfortunately, when we received our credenza the bottom two drawers were damaged and we had to DIY them so theyd work. It's a beautiful piece but for the $$ I would have expected it to be in new condition. And as I said, there's no way for us to store this thing in the box and wait until someone came to pick it up.
