There was a mix up at the warehouse and we were shipped the wrong TV stand, filed a claim and it was responded quickly at first. Latter half of the customer service was not as satisfactory (ie. delayed / lack of response)

When we were assembling the correct TV stand, found that only 3 sets of bolt holes were drilled for the 4 legs, one set of holes were not drilled. After informing customer service of the issue was compensated with a credit.

If it wasn't for the mix up, it would have been 5 stars as I love the product itself.
