1st Time User - Positive Experience
We purchased the Tulip Table, with Carrara top, along with 4 Master's Chairs. Upon delivery, the marble top and 1 chair were damaged in transit. Having had bad experiences with other companies in the past, with regard to damaged goods and requesting a replacement, I was expecting the worst...though the support staff (namely: Lexi, Elia & Dax) at Rove Concepts were extremely helpful, sympathetic and very courtesy. After providing verification of the damaged goods, they expedited shipment on a new top and chair, which arrived promptly! Very impressed with both the quality of goods and the customer service, being one of the best I have experienced to date...
