Wasn't clear on shipping speed/in stock when I placed my order
I thought the products I ordered were in stock, but they were not. I'm still super excited about them and want them, but they are shipping out in like 12 weeks which is a lot longer than the next-day that the site promised. It's also a lot of money to charge my card now, and hold for 3 months.

We're glad you are excited for your new chairs! Unfortunately some items may sell out of stock in our warehouse, but thankfully we are able to offer pre-orders to reserve incoming stock. We make sure to state the pre-order date for our customers on both the product page and order invoice, but if this was not clear to you we are happy to discuss other options for your order.
