I've bought a few things from Rove Concept. Ordering is very easy. And they have a great show room in Vancouver where you can go and look at their stuff.

I did have one issue with a return - I bought a pair of light fixtures on the understanding that they could be returned, but when I called to arrange return I was told lighting was exempt from their return policy... They dealt with me fairly making a one-time exception on the return, which I was very grateful for.
