Rove Concepts sells beautiful products. I could buy it all! But you have to be patient with online orders and their lower mainland shipping company is very disorganized.

I had called shipping company after waiting ten plus days for order to arrive and they had assured order would arrive on Monday, which was the day I had to have it for a birthday present.

No one showed up by late afternoon so I called shipping company again and they said order was not coming on Tuesday or I could come to warehouse myself. As I needed the order for the birthday party (this was communicated earlier to Rove C and the shipping company), I drove out the the warehouse in Richmond. Security was hesitant to let me in past their gate but finally after talk to the shipping company again, they let me in.

Rove Concepts should find a better shipping company or review their SLA with their shipping company. Order took too long to deliver and was full of miscommunication and complications resulting in me driving to the warehouse myself to pick up the order.
