Table quality and late shipment

The marble tulip table ordered is beautiful, however, the quality of the marble was not up to par upon receipt. It arrived with round marks on the table that cannot be cleaned off. I'm guessing it was how it was stored in the DC or shipment. Also, the shipment arrived several hours after the delivery window (last of the day when it was supposed to arrive in the morning), so I spent the whole day waiting. I tried contacting customer service but nothing was done.

We are unable to control issues affecting third party carriers but we are glad your delivery was successfully delivery and only delayed by a few hours.
