All good until delivery
Rove was fine until delivery. It took forever to get the product (like, more than 3 weeks !), and when it finally came, the delivery man refuses to bring my product (a 100 pounds table!) inside my home. That delivery company, for insurance issues, ask their delivery men to leave the pieces of furniture outside. So I had to wait outside in winter and call a friend to help me put the thing inside... Like, come on !

While Standard shipping is a threshold delivery, White Glove delivery includes placement inside your home, as well as light assembly and removal of packaging.
