Nice products but the delivery time is ridiculous
I received 5 out of my 7 items in a pretty decent amount of time but the last 2 (which were gifts) are still MIA. They split my order to help the delivery time but the 2 outstanding were split and so my processing time started over. I've contacted rove and they say it hasn't been long enough although my original order was placed on February 2nd. Still no shipping confirmation.....

We're glad to hear that you were impressed by the speed of your initial delivery! Occasionally stock for an order will be located at two different warehouses and in this situation we will split the shipment so that there are no delays caused by waiting for these items to be joined together. We sincerely apologize for the one week delay for the two remaining items in your order, but I am happy to say that they will be delivered on Monday. We hope the lucky recipient of these gifts is over the moon!
