Ordered 6 egg chairs but needed fabric samples first, was on the phone with a CS rep on a Friday and rec'd samples that following Monday morning. I have called in to speak w/reps, connected with a live person with in seconds. Payment was a breeze and emails were always answered within minutes. I spoke with Lexi, Carla & Elia and everyone of these customer Service reps really know their products, the experience with them was just "Awesome".
