Although we had no difficulty finding the product we wanted to purchase and were able to confirm the necessary details of size, material, construction and the like to insure the item was what we wanted, the website information about the delivery schedule was problematic.
The particular item we ordered was, according to the online data, available for immediate shipment, however, once the order was completed, invoiced and paid for the actual delivery date here in Victoria appears to be 'sometime' in May. For an order placed March 20 to purchase a product alleged to be 'in stock' and ready for shipment, this seems excessive.
