The materials are high quality, the design looks as expected. Assembly was straight forward. Lots of heavy duty packaging that's hard to dispose of but the furniture arrived undamaged. Delivery came the day it was expected, although slightly outside the time window. Rove Concepts customer service was very responsive, the third party delivery service communication left a lot to be desired.
