Poor Customer Service
Furniture would not be received for 12 weeks after I ordered it. I accepted that, but when the furniture went on sale 2 weeks after I ordered and Rove insisted on a 3% fee to get the sales price, that is clearly a poor customer service attitude.
For the record Rove's response is a little self serving. I never complained or took issue with the stated delivery date. Furthermore, no exception was made for my account. In keeping with your own policies I was fully capable of cancelling the order for the same 3% penalty. I never stated that you did not act within your stated policies - I simply took exception to your policies as evidence of poor customer service.
