Great Pieces, Terrible Lead Time
We ordered elbow chairs that required custom upholstery. When we bought them, the lead time was 812 weeks, which seemed ludicrous for a semi-custom piece. Then when we got the confirmation it said due to the "extended holiday season," whatever that means, the lead time was now 14-20 weeks?! What a deterrent from ever ordering from you again.

While our usual lead time for custom orders is 8-14 weeks, this lead time does extend to 14-20 weeks for a brief period between mid-December and mid-March. This is due to Christmas holidays and Chinese New Year affecting the production time of fabricating these custom items. We make sure to clearly note this on the product page and require our customers to manually agree to this timeline before placing a custom order, as we understand this is not ideal for every customer.
