The experience has been nice and easy. I found the Sofa on the website. I love the way it is photographed. It shows you a 360 degree angle of the entire piece of furniture. I was able to easily communicate with the sales person via e-mail who made all the changes I wanted in a flash. She set me up online to review the quote, order the item, and follow it online. The whole process took less than 24 hours. Brilliant!!!
