the online procedures are easy. it's user friendly. the only thing i have a question is that free swatches. I didn't see any explanation what's it for. other than that it was good.

That is why we offer free swatches sent directly to your home so that you can see the colours and feel the materials in your own hands in order to feel confident in your selection. You can request up to 12 different swatches that are shipped by FedEx to arrive to you within approximately 2 business days. To submit a swatch request you can scroll to the bottom of any page on our website and click 'Swatches'.
