The products are beautiful and Amy on the Chat line was very helpful. My only concern is the website layout is just a bit different than the ones I use in the states. I hadn't realized, after submitting my email address to get 5% off, that an email would be waiting. I did receive an immediate notification on the site about a discount on my next order so figured I had read something wrong and proceeded to order my two chairs. Then - I went to check my emails after ordering and found several from Rove - the first being a code for the 5% off. The Chat line (Amy) was very kind in applying the 5% after the fact - much appreciated. One other confusion when ordering was on the screen for payment. I didn't see the top box at first asking for my card number. I just saw lines for month and CVV so was puzzled by that. These things may be MY problem more than the website but it was just set up a bit differently than I'm used to. Over all - very nice service.
