I read reviews about bad customer service, but decided to give Rove a shot because I couldn't find better furniture elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of customer service reps and how smoothly my ordering process went. They even arranged a customer pick-up so I didn't have to pay for delivery. Overall, no complains. I just wish they held more stock in local warehouses so I didn't have to wait.
