When ordering the product it shows a total, after putting in my credit card details to pay, the cost all of a sudden changes to a very higher rate which includes tax. I found it to be misleading which was disappointing.
Also, I saw on FB that if I sign up for your emails I would receive $25 off my next order. As I put in my first order I could get 5% off but when I go to put in your email offer it won't accept both. Again, a little disappointing. As it is such a small amount for how much I am spending I hoped for this extra bonus that you promised.
Please include the $25 off on my current order.

Due to varying provincial taxes and shipping options, these additional fees are not able to be applied until checkout when you enter your shipment information. We make sure to note that the product price does not include taxes, shipping, or discounts, anytime an item is added to your cart.
