I like the furniture that I have received so far. One dining table had to be replaced and Customer Service reviewed the issue and turned it around quickly. However, I feel that when there's an issue with a piece of furniture, the turn-around time for delivering a replacement should be much quicker.
Additionally, I have a number of other pieces of furniture that I ordered that I've been waiting for, some of these pieces I've been waiting for over 2 months. The Customer Service department is very responsive, and it's not their fault that the items take so long. I feel that waiting months on end from the date of order to the date of delivery is incredibly frustrating.
