I like the furniture that I have …

I like the furniture that I have received so far. One dining table had to be replaced and Customer Service reviewed the issue and turned it around quickly. However, I feel that when there's an issue with a piece of furniture, the turn-around time for delivering a replacement should be much quicker.

Additionally, I have a number of other pieces of furniture that I ordered that I've been waiting for, some of these pieces I've been waiting for over 2 months. The Customer Service department is very responsive, and it's not their fault that the items take so long. I feel that waiting months on end from the date of order to the date of delivery is incredibly frustrating.

We're glad that you enjoy your received furniture and that our Claims Department was able to swiftly replace the damaged item from your order. Unfortunately freight carriers, while a much safer method of shipping furniture, are also slower than some other expedited delivery services. While we understand that this is less convenient we would rather sacrifice a little bit of speed for a much higher chance of your order arriving in perfect condition.

We thank you for your multiple orders and can see that two were placed as pre-orders. In this type of order the stock is reserved from an incoming shipment and can only be sent out for delivery once this shipment has reached our warehouse. For all pre-orders we make sure to state the incoming stock date on the product page, shopping cart, and invoice so that the lead time is never a surprise to the customer. We're excited for you to receive your new items and hope to hear your feedback once they arrive!
