My experience with the customer service department was good. They were good about response time and they have been very fair. Navigating through the website is very easy and they have great designs for a good price. I am still waiting on my first order to ship and will leave another review once the product is delivered. I would recommend ordering their samples- I was able to receive them the next day within ordering.
