Purchased 6 chairs

Purchased 6 chairs, unfortunately they did not work out. The product was good, no complaints there. However when time came to return the chairs it was an inconvenient process for us. I had to call many times to get the ball rolling, in fact I had to follow up every day to make sure my return was being processed. First I had to scramble to find my own shipper, paid for shipping, Product sat in Rove warehouse for a week before they processed the credit. It ended up costing us over $ 500 as Rove charges 10% for returns plus shipping.
If you are thinking of buying chairs from Rove I suggest buy 1 first to make sure it is suitable. Service is not the greatest in fact the whole time I did not feel confident that I was going to get any money back.
