Their website is very easy to use and they have a live chat option if you need help. However, I'm always a bit wary of what I see online versus the real thing so I wanted to go to the store to see the actual pieces of furniture I wanted. Their store is nice and the staff were nice and helpful. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is their store hours could be better (They are closed Sundays and closed before I get off of work weekdays) and there's no free parking. Even the paid parking close by is limited.
