I received my Sando Hugo Sectional yesterday and couldn't be happier! I was VERY nervous about ordering a sofa, sight unseen, comfort untested. But we wanted something comfy and easy to lounge in with the whole family and still look hip and modern. This is it! All the pillows are loose for rearranging as needed. So no attached back cushions. This may bother some but I love the flexibility and the un-stuffy look.

I chose a beautiful vintage blue/grey velvet upholstery, black legs and it looks fantastic. Comfort level - pretty firm with a bit of softness from the down feather stuffing around the core. I also choose expedited service, as once I decided I wanted my sofa NOW. So glad I did. Shipped quickly and arrived at the time slot indicated. I had a few questions with their customer service and that went well.

Only down side - holes for legs were not pre-drilled. Hubby had to do some work. :-)
