Please note this is conditional as I haven't received the final product but so far I have been extremely impressed with the responsiveness, quick turnaround of swatches so I could make my choice and flexibility around delivery to meet my schedule. The service was good enough that I felt a lot better about doing the spend online with a new service. Fingers crossed that the rest of the experience is as smooth.
